Responsible Ownership
We take responsibility for outcomes — not just tasks — and follow through from idea to execution.
We work at the intersection of energy, infrastructure, and technology — solving real constraints, not theoretical problems.
We work on complex, real-world infrastructure challenges where clarity, ownership, and collaboration matter. These principles define how we operate as a team and how we approach every project.

We take responsibility for outcomes — not just tasks — and follow through from idea to execution.

We break down complex systems into clear, actionable decisions that move projects forward.

We work across disciplines, stakeholders, and perspectives to find aligned, practical solutions.

We prioritize work that leads to tangible results — infrastructure that gets delivered, not just planned.
We are looking for people who want to work on complex, system-level challenges across infrastructure and energy.
We are seeking a Datacenter Land Acquisition Director to lead the strategic acquisition of land for the next generation of large-scale data centers across EMEA. This is a senior, highly visible role at the forefront of shaping how digital infrastructure integrates with Europe’s power, fiber, and broader infrastructure ecosystem.
Acting as Krios’ trusted technical authority in land acquisition, you will own the front end of the deal lifecycle—identifying, validating, negotiating, and closing complex land transactions across key metropolitan markets. Your work will directly influence site strategy, speed to market, project economics, and long-term sustainability.
You will lead the acquisition of strategically aligned, power‑ and fiber‑ready sites to accelerate the growth of Krios’ data center portfolio, orchestrating a cross‑functional group of technical, legal, financial, and development stakeholders.
This is a high‑impact leadership role suited to a commercially astute real estate professional who operates effectively in complex, fast‑moving markets, executes multiple high‑value transactions in parallel, and is motivated by the scale, strategic significance, and opportunity to shape the future delivery of digital infrastructure.
Working at Krios Infrastructure
At Krios, you will find a high-trust, low-ego environment where expertise is valued and ideas travel fast. We believe diverse perspectives create stronger outcomes, and we are committed to building balanced, inclusive teams.
This role offers significant visibility and influence, with real ownership of how Krios’ energy strategy evolves as we scale across Europe. If you want to help define the future of energy-enabled digital infrastructure—and do it alongside driven, experienced peers—we would love to hear from you.
Finding power-ready, planning-viable land for a data centre in Europe is harder than it sounds. The data exists but it’s scattered across dozens of national sources, mostly unharmonized, and nobody has built a clean way to query it all at once. That’s the problem you will solve.
At Krios Infrastructure, we are building the backbone of Europe’s digital future. We accelerate data centre development by creating power-ready sites that work in harmony with utilities, landowners, customers, and local communities. As a power-first developer, we go where the grid works best—unlocking capacity, strengthening resilience, and creating long-term value for all stakeholders.
Krios is a fast-growing, founder-led platform backed by experienced investors and industry leaders. We combine deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial drive, and we believe the best outcomes come from collaboration, curiosity, and ambition.
This is a high ownership role for someone who wants to build a foundational geospatial data platform from scratch, with direct exposure to real capital decisions and a team that relies on your tools daily.
Working at Krios Infrastructure
At Krios, you will find a high-trust, low-ego environment where expertise is valued and responsibility comes early. We believe diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes, and we are committed to building balanced, inclusive teams.
This role offers genuine ownership from day one - you will shape the data platform, tooling, and standards before anyone else. You’ll have direct access to senior management and your work informs real capital decisions. If you are excited by the intersection of geospatial engineering, infrastructure siting, and digital growth, we would love to hear from you.
Build and Own the Geospatial Data Platform
Drive Site Selection Analytics and Deliver Usable Tools
We are seeking a Senior Energy Development Manager to help deliver the energy and grid solutions that underpin Krios’ data center portfolio across Europe.
This role sits at the heart of project execution, translating grid strategy into delivered outcomes. You will work closely with utilities, internal development teams, and external partners to secure grid access, progress interconnections, and deliver reliable, scalable power solutions for major digital infrastructure projects.
This is a high ownership role for someone who wants to build deep expertise in grid-facing data center development, with significant exposure to TSOs, DSOs, and complex power infrastructure challenges—while growing toward senior leadership responsibility.
Working at Krios Infrastructure
At Krios, you’ll find a high trust, low ego environment where expertise is valued and responsibility comes early. We believe diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes and are committed to building balanced, inclusive teams.
This role offers hands on exposure to some of Europe’s most complex grid challenges, strong visibility within the organisation, and a clear pathway for growth as Krios scales its platform across Europe. If you are excited by the intersection of energy systems, infrastructure delivery, and digital growth, we would love to hear from you.
Work Directly with Utilities and Partners and Deliver Grid Access
Be a Key Contributor to Commercial and Technical Execution and Support Innovation
Grid access is the defining constraint of the European data centre build-out. Everyone in the market knows this but very few organisations actually understand the grid well enough to act on it. That gap is what this role exists to close.
The core challenge is that information on capacity availability on the grid for large loads is scarce in Europe. This means it has to be built up from fragmented, indirect sources: network development plans, generation and demand data, connection queues, substation records, and regulatory publications. Turning that into a clear, usable picture of where large loads can connect across multiple European markets is what this role is about.
You will not be doing this alone. The Krios team brings deep market knowledge, origination experience, and direct relationships with grid operators and regulators across our target countries. Your role is to bring the analytical structure and technical toolkit that turns that collective knowledge into something systematic and repeatable.
Working at Krios Infrastructure:
At Krios, you’ll find a high trust, low ego environment where expertise is valued and responsibility comes early. We believe diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes and are committed to building balanced, inclusive teams.
This role offers genuine ownership from day one. You will work directly with senior leadership across origination, investment, and development, and what you produce will have a direct bearing on where we deploy capital.
Own the Grid Data
Build and maintain a live picture of grid conditions across our target markets by drawing on TSO and DSO portals, ENTSO-E reports, regulatory publications, and planning registers. You will work closely with our GIS Expert to feed grid intelligence into the shared geospatial platform and collaborate with the wider team on structuring and automating data flows. The goal is analysis that non-engineers can use directly to make siting and investment decisions.
Model and assess
Using open-source tools (PyPSA, pandapower), you will run country-level load flow analysis for focused countries to map available capacity across transmission network zones. The goal is to identify where the network can host large load connections before we commit to a site, giving the origination team a clear, evidence-based picture of where to focus.
Understand the grid (current and future)
The key questions are where grid capacity is available, what is coming, and whether now is the right moment. That means substation-level analysis alongside a clear read of TSO and DSO investment plans and what they mean for connection opportunities and reliability over the next few years. Generation and demand dynamics matter too: where load growth is supported, where curtailment is chronic, and where large new connections are operationally welcome.
Nice to have
